According to the Cleveland Clinic and other authorities, shared medical visits, such as social health groups, improve health outcomes by increasing touch points with an interprofessional team and increasing peer-to-peer accountability. In other words, we heal together through relationships!
At Faithfully Guided Health Center, we have held a variety of social health groups. We held a diabetes clinical study that lasted six weeks. Additionally, a Moms of Middle Schoolers (MOMS) and Start Now Challenge, which met once a month.
We’re introducing weekly social health groups that will focus on lifestyle and stackable habits that you can easily implement into your daily routine.

Member-Only Weekly Social Health Groups
The best indicator of health outcomes is measured by how tightly knit a community is. Relationships are crucial to complete health. This is why we hold weekly social health groups with our founders, our team, and our members. These are at no cost to our members, but provide so much value! We introduce practical tips that you can apply in your own life. These tips will build into stackable habits that will create momentum over time in your own walk to abundant life. Each week, a different Faithfully Guided team member will talk through a specific strategy, so there’s always something new to learn!
These are held from 12-12:45 PM on Tuesdays at our health center. Bring your lunch and enjoy connection within your Faithfully Guided community. We invite you to join us weekly as you can, but we ask that you RSVP via our form below.
The whole-person approach is somewhat of a new concept. We always welcome opportunities to educate the public. Would you like for us to speak to your organization or group? We offer free educational sessions on a variety of topics including:
- Corporate wellness opportunities
- How our unique model can improve your health
