The goal of Functional Medicine is to uncover the root cause of symptoms and disease rather than just manage them so true healing can take place. We love to prescribe lifestyle medicine whenever possible including dietary changes, sleep recommendations, exercise regimens, stress-reducing activities, and supplements when appropriate. At Faithfully Guided, we very much believe in allopathic medicine and we will prescribe medications as needed.
What is functional medicine?
In order to provide all members and patients with the best possible experience, we have a strict cancellation policy. To avoid a fee, please provide a 24-hour notice before your appointment time.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
All of our services are offered individually, discounted in packages, or through membership. We accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts). Upon request, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, which is based on your individual policy. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.
We process labs through insurance whenever possible.
Each insurance plan is different so we recommend calling your insurance company if you have any questions regarding lab reimbursement or deductibles.
Does Faithfully Guided accept insurance?
Yes, our medical providers are conventionally and functionally trained. While we practice root cause medicine, we are also able to do well women's exams, prescription refills, and take care of your other primary care needs.

Can I use services without becoming a member?
Our Functional Medicine Membership is our gold standard because of the ongoing and consistent accountability with regular touchpoints and unlimited messaging with your provider. This is a 12-month commitment because true healing takes time and we want to ensure you make the most of your treatments and services.
