Marriage counseling consists of meetings with a trained, credentialed counselor one-on-one, alongside your partner or during individual sessions. These sessions are held in a supportive, safe, and confidential environment.
One of our counselors would meet with both spouses in a 50 to 90-minute session. Often, individual counseling can be recommended as part of the process to help strengthen each spouse.
Marital counseling is empowering for both individuals. These sessions include various benefits such as communication techniques, boundary setting practice, self-regulation skills, and more.
Marriage counseling helps to open discussion on the following topics:
- Identity & Life Roles
- Premarital Counseling
- Communication & Boundaries
- Conflict Resolution
- Sexual Dysfunction
