Individual counseling consists of one-on-one meetings with one of our trained, credentialed counselors. These sessions are held in a supportive, safe, and confidential environment. Upon completion of your Collaborative Intake Assessment (CIA), counseling appointments last 50 minutes.

Benefits

During these one-on-one sessions, you are able to openly share issues that may not be safe or received by others. After discussing your concerns, you will then receive biblical and professional guidance, practice coping mechanisms in a safe environment, learn healthier ways to cope and manage difficult situations and transitions, and more.
