Individual counseling consists of meetings with a trained, credentialed counselor one-on-one. These sessions are held in a supportive, safe, and confidential environment. Upon completion of the CIA, counseling appointments are 50 minutes.
During these one-on-one sessions, you are able to openly share issues that may not be safe or received by others, receive biblical and professional guidance, practice coping mechanisms in a safe environment, learn healthier ways to cope and manage difficult situations and transitions, and more.
Individual counseling can include discussions on a variety of topics including:
- Identity & Spiritual Development
- Compulsive Behaviors
