Holy Yoga

Holy yoga is a Christian-based practice of meditation, breathing, and physical postures. This Christ-centered discipline is designed to promote relaxation, enhance physical and spiritual health, and deepen a person’s relationship with Jesus Christ. The main difference between holy yoga and traditional yoga is that traditional yoga focuses on connecting with yourself while holy yoga focuses on connecting with Christ.

We offer small group classes for an intimate and intentional workout experience, creating a tight-knit community. This allows instructors to focus on technique while students grow, build strength, and track progress together.

When you sign up for a holy yoga class, expect a serene environment and a guided Iyengar-style class. All you need to bring is water, as mats and blankets will be provided. Chairs will be occasionally used for enhanced stability.

We hold holy yoga classes at the Faithfully Guided Health Center on the following days and times. Please check out Facebook for any changes in dates and times:

  • Mondays: 10:30am & 12pm
  • Saturdays: 9:30am
