We are pleased to offer exciting and inspiring individual and group fitness programs designed to propel you towards your wellness goals. We offer virtual Peloton classes to allow for convenience and access to the best instructors around the world.

Not only is exercise crucial for maintaining a healthy weight, but it helps build and tone muscle, improve heart health, and promote a confident mindset. Exercise is an important part of maintaining overall health, yet according to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services:

  • Only one in three adults receive the recommended amount of physical activity each week.
  • More than 80% of adults fail to meet the guidelines for aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities
  • Older adults are especially at risk for physical inactivity. Greater than 66% of adults ages 65-74 are inactive.

Movement Challenge

One of our favorite offerings is our Jumpstart Movement challenge each month to help you find whole-body healing through dedicated movement classes and one-on-coaching. Please contact us for class dates and availability.

Personalized Training

For more dedicated training, we offer personalized fitness training for individuals or small groups. The style and method of training is customized to your specific needs. Our trainer would assess your goals during the first session. Some areas of expertise are:

  • Neurological stimulation through exercise, injury repair, and prevention
  • Pre and post-pregnancy wellness
  • Fat loss
  • Chemo and radiation training to counter the side effects of treatments from fatigue to bone loss
  • Balance
  • Disease prevention
  • Return to sport
  • Maintenance and overall health

The trainer would set attainable goals and track measurable progress utilizing equipment we have on-site. We create accountability and walk our members through workouts while explaining the importance of proper nutrition and adequate recovery.

Pricing

Personal Training – 30-minute sessions

  • 1x a week – $50 a session
  • 2x a week – $45 a session
  • 3x a week – $40 a session
  • 4-5x a week – $35 a session

Group Training – 10% off each participant (up to 4 people)

  • 1x a week – 2 people $45/each, 3 people $40/each, 4 people $35/each
  • 2x a week – 2 people $40.50/each, 3 people $36.00/each, 4 people $31.50/each
  • 3x a week – 2 people $36/each , 3 people $32/each, 4 people $28/each
  • 4-5x a week – 2 people $31.50/each, 3 people $28/each, 4 people $24.50/each
