Even if you look forward to the holiday season, there’s no denying that, for most of us, this time of year can also bring stress. This is especially true for the body, which cannot always distinguish between “good vs. bad” stress.

Between additional events in our already busy schedules, family conflict, preparation for wonderful celebrations, triggered memories, taking time off work (or not being able to)… emotions tend to pick up around this time of year.. 

We wanted to share a few of our Founders’ Favorite health routines and products to help you stay grounded throughout it all. These are a few of the things that help us be present and nourish our families throughout the holidays. 

Hopefully, this list inspires you to create moments of peace during this busy time of year. Or, maybe you spot something that would make a perfect gift for a loved one!

Three tips for cultivating meaningful moments this festive season

We are reminded to move intentionally slower and savor during this time of year.
