How It Works

We practice two types of massage therapy: remedial and relaxation. Remedial massage therapy treatment focuses on soft tissue manipulation. Movements include kneading, friction, vibration, and compression. Relaxation massage therapy treatment uses slow, smooth movements to decrease muscle tension and tightness.
